Thirteen's Ethnic American Series continues its celebration of
tri-state area diversity with this documentary, which pays tribute to
the nearly 300,000 Filipino-Americans living in New York. Through
interviews with Filipino-Americans -- war veterans, priests,
musicians, writers, historians, and more -- the film gives new
insight into the culture, art, politics, and history of a vibrant
community that is a prominent part of life in the New York area.
