When my family went on a post-millenial trek to Disney
World last winter, I had the exquisite honor of
meeting Sirka/K.delayed from the list. She's fucking
amazing if you haven't had the honor of encountering
    her, by the way. www.temperstantrum.com.

Anyway, not knowing me from Eve, she still enlisted
all of her friends to make me feel welcome, one of
whom was a wonderful boy named Levi.

He gave me a home-burned CD of original tunes very
relucantly. With the furrowed-brow sincerity of a
child he made it clear that "I'm a lot better than
    this now."

Point is, this is not a normal home-burned CD. It's
really good!! Like *really* good! the sound, samples,
production value are all perfectly professional
sounding. The writing is seasoned and balanced. The
variety is what gets you though. There's laid back
drum and bass, trippy trip hop, jazzy stuff, all with
just a tiny sliver of wierdness to let you know
there's something happening that you can't quite see.

I'd compare this to, say, king kooba, but actually I
like this better than kooba's last thing, which just
didn't grab me. It's just totally on a professional
level. and the more i hear about him personally the
more it's clear he's just as much of a mad scientist
    as genius girl Sirka herself.

So it's been a while I've had this CD and I just
really wanted to put this out there to give props
where props are due and to mention his name.
