4 Hero’s Dego last project, a huge label for huge vibes. Acoustic breakbeat.
5. the Amalgamation of Soundz «keyan’s paper – doc. 1» (filter).
After a while, the masters of organic sounds confusion come back with a new Filter recording, still in the best mood.
6. Cinematic Orchestra «night of the iguana» (ninja tune 45lp).
Swinscoe & friends, melting horns, piano, bass with futuristic analogic sounds. Acid jazz jammers, this is your future !
7. New Flesh for Old «eye of the hurricane (Divine Styler remix)» (big dada 012).
Part 2, Jazz Fudge best producer (with Vadim, of course) got his own «band», and it’s big, thanks to the voice of Toastie Taylor and the turntables of Paul Weston. Oh, and this Divine Styler reinterpretation is quite good, too…
8. KC da Rookee feat. Afrob «nobody understands we» (showdown/groove attack).
The german Groove Attack is also an excellent label, editing many german great artists like this Rawkus-like lp album.
9. Hefner feat. Carl Hancock «asphalt yards» (plate).
H as High… as Hancock (of course, with this name…), as Hefner… Huge ! Inertia’s best artist so far is back.
10. Innerzone Orchestra «people make the world go round (Moodymann mix)» (talkin’loud).
Moodymann, still on what he does best : groovin’ and groovin’ more, with this eternal Norma Jean Bell around… Carl Craig did a great cover. Here comes a great mix.
