You're probably talking about The Might Bop version of 'I Feel Good',
titled 'Feelin' good' on Yellow Recordings (YP 41). It's definitely
trip-hop, but now that I listen it has a kind of slow house beat, and
more of a rhodes sound for the piano loop. The Chorus that they've
sampled(?) goes: It's a new dawn/it's a new day/It's a new life for
me/Feelin' good or I feel good in the original. There was also a
killer cover done with a male lead that was used in the Banana
Republic 'Suede' TV Ads--has a killer horn line. There's also a
version on one of the Ubiquity jazz comps, the track is 'I Feel Good'.
