well, i bought it without even caring what it sounded like. just for the
designers republic sleeves and smmmmmmmmm fresh polyethylene smell. but it
definitely has its audio moments, too. a couple instrumentals are just a
little too noizy experimental clang clang fffzfzh hummm without direction
for my tastes. but most of the tracks with vocals/mcs are good. I/O with
carin is lush and beautiful almost gospel with a comb-like vocoded
background voice. i'd say, if you liked 'additional productions', then
you'll probably like 'appetite for disctruction'. alternatively, if you
thought 'additional productions' was interesting, favored Bjork, but then
left it to collect dust, you might pass on it. given that you know what to
expect. i still bust it out once and a while.

    paz,
    adario
