I haven't heard this new album from Ludovic Navarre (and it spins
me out that he's recording on Blue Note now) but i've been listening
to his amazing techno and house stuff since about 1992. He has
recorded some particularly deep and exotic stuff on Fnac and F-
communications and even a nice ep for the dutch label djax..
His 3 ep/album on f-comm under the st germain name was of
course pretty ground breaking stuff back in 95.. I'm sure every
house record freak knows 'Alabama Blues' from years back too..

I'll have to pick this one up even though im over the house/jazz
hybrid sounds that purvey so many records these days.. I gather
this Lp is more him producing with a full jazz band playing?

I've always admired ludovic's sounds anyway, so i guess this will
    be a logical next step..
