Nah, sorry, it's def. Joe Cuba. From the album _Bang! Bang! Push,
Push, Push_, released on Tico in '66. Joe Bataan didn't come onto
the scene until the late 60's, & he was more known for his latin soul
(& later, latin proto-disco) stuff, having pretty much missed the
bugalú years--
