Okay, I don't have a CD changer list, but I do have an idea...
Does anyone here have CGI script smarts? I wonder if there's someone or some
people on this list that have the ability to come up with a web script that can
enable us listees to periodically enter our top albums or tunes into a website
(preferably the main Acid Jazz List site), and the script will compile them and
come up with some sort of "Acid Jazz List Top 10."
For example, I see Amel Larrieux's album listen on many of these CD changer
lists. If the same people who submitted their entrees put their info to this web
site, then Amel's album would be in one of the top spots.
Similarly we could also have the DJs on this list put in what they've been
playing and come up with a chart of their own for us to check out.
Something in the script would tell it to renew itself every week, two weeks or
every month so we can check out what's new.
Anyone interested? We have the technology, let's use it...
