    Fauna Flash
This is what you might not expect from German drum & bass! Fauna Flash are
Christian Prommer and Roland Appel. Since their first release on Compost
in 1995 Fauna Flash became the first German drum & bass outfit getting
props from the Metalheadz posse like Grooverider and Fabio who played their
dubs on their BBC Radio 1 Show "One In The Jungle"! All this resulted in a
12" exclusive release on Peshayıs label Elementz and their track "At The
Movies" appeared on the famous drum & bass compilation "Promised Land 3".

Fauna Flash, together with Rainer Trüby, also formed the Compost project
Rainer Trüby Trio which showcases their signature latin-bossa-electronic
sound. If you havenıt heard their remix of Bobby Matos entitled ³Guiro
    Electro² your missing out.

    Press quotes:

    "Germanyıs answer to Reprazent"
    Mixmag

"Probably the best drum&bass album from Germany so far."
    Kruder & Dorfmeister

"Funky if not flashy drum & bass from Germany."
    Mixmag
