Went to the Femi Kuti concert last night and had an excellent time shaking
my "nash" as Femi put it.. If he comes to your town, don't pass up the
opportunity.. Very charismatic, and tons of stage presence as was discussed
    by earlier posts..

During the warm up set, a track was played with a very heavy bassline, and
    the lyrics going something like:

Oh woman, my woman, I need to talk with you
Oh woman, my woman, I need to see you true

Can't go crazy you and me
Can't go crazy I can see
Can't go strolling in the park
    Holding hands in the dark

The beat is what really caught my attention.. The bassline sounds similar to
Roy Davis Jr - Gabrielle, and the singer is a male with a slight Jamaican
sounding accent.. If anyone knows the track I'm talking about, please sort
    me out!

While I'm on the track ID tip, also looking for information on a recent
release from Japan (I think?) by "Technasia" or something like that? It
starts off with what sounds like a chainsaw, and then proceeds to lay down a
heavy breakbeat, followed by some hard ass electro-techno-ish sounding
instrumentation (a la Knights of the Jaguar). I'm sure this track was
discussed on the list, but I may not have been paying attention at the time.
Very nice stuff indeed, but I'd like to know more info (label, artist, song
name, etc). If anyone can decipher these ramblings, I would appreciate it!
    Thanks,

    Adam
