natural rhythm - the jive ep remixes (seasons)
oh that swag mix is bumpin'! wicked jazzy keys and totally swinging beats.
and the other mixes are nice too.
dj spen - disco dreams revisited (black vinyl)
spen's tribute to parliament puts a fat grin on my face, and has some nice
horn blowing on it.
breakbeat era - bullitproof - mj cole rmx (xl)
liked the original but this is even better. love the bass. still after a
copy of mj cole's sincere if anyone knows of a copy anywhere?
peshay - truly - farley & heller rmx (blue)
farley & heller take kym mazelle's vocals on a bit of an epic.
yahsushi ide - someday (yellow)
wicked mixes form rainer truby and kyoto jazz massive. must be summer
already.
95 north - sunday shoutin' (4th floor)
you know this. that bass line is a mutha.
afropeans - piano lick (peppermint jam)
funky looper along very similar lines to paul johnson's get down. but mix it
with légo's "all quiet on the set" from a couple of years back, and you have
something pretty special.
fazed idjuts ft sally rodgers - dust of life - joe claussell remixes

julias papp - astral wave (yellow)
re-released on yellow classics. great drums and some nice trumpet work.
légo - jazzmorphisis (83 west)
more jazz/house fusion from lego. typical jonny fiasco loops & filters with
crazy sax. the "groovy" mixes on thge flip are much better than the "bumpin"
mix.
v/a - the beat suite compiled by dj spinna (urban)
some good hiphop and beats. highlights are 88 keys and spinna's own
contributions. let down by the eminem track.
