If you are recieving this, it means you are either in the music
industry, own or work for a clothing company, record label, or know
someone who does (if that's the case, please pass this on). If none of
this applies to you, then I apologize for the extra mail in your box.
Please do not mass forward this info, as it is not all confirmed yet.
This is a sponsorship proposal only, NOT AN EVENT to be listed. Thank
    you. -- GMS

PS The info is in Microsoft Word, so you should be able to open it. In
the event that you cannot, or are afraid to open attatchments, read the
info below. It's just easier on the eyes to see it in Word, that's
    all. Peace.

    PROMOTION:
Stormtroopers Entertainment’s street team is legendary. Flyer
distributors visit major colleges and Universities in New York and New
Jersey. At night, flyer distributors, who stand outside or go in, visit

clubs throughout Lower Manhattan, with events of similar theme (Hip
Hop). Several stores in Manhattan (such as Fat Beats, House of Nubian,
Sam Goody, Bleeker Bob’s Records, and all Urban Fashion stores along
Broadway, from 8th street to Lafayette St) have flyers on display.
Other key locations such as Manhattan Mall (33rd St), Virgin Records
(42nd St & 14th St branches), are targeted on high shopping days.
Listings of our events usually appear in Time Out New York (TONY),
Flyer Magazine, New York Press, and Frank 151. Unless due to error by
these publications, or for reasons of deadlines, the FREESTYLE event
    listing will appear in them.
Internet promotion by Stormtroopers Entertainment is an ever-growing
process. We currently have 5, 000 private addresses of our own,
obtained through guest books at past events or subscriptions to our
service (morac@earthlink.net, “subscribe” in subject box). We also use
services such as PLUG ACTION, LISTBOT, and Egroups to further promote
through direct e-mail. Our events are listed on UnitedHipHop.com, with
full mention of all sponsors (see Main Ingredient listed there now).
Stormtroopers also enlists in the services of FMania Inc., who post
information about our events on various Internet message boards and chat

rooms, as well as sending direct mail to another 1,000 people on their
    own list.

Besides street teams going out to clubs with the flyers, we have a
regular Saturday night Hip Hop party at the world famous Limelight (20th

St/6th ave). The Limelight hosts 2, 500 patrons on any given Sunday and

of course we have access to promote to that regular crowd.

    Media Coverage

Magazines: The Source, Stress Magazine, Mass Appeal, Fader, Frank 151,
‘Sup Magazine, have been invited and will be on hand to cover the event.

Stress Magazine* and Mass Appeal Magazine* have both covered our past
live events and are planning to cover this one as well. Flyer Magazine

    HYDRA/Stormtroopers events.
