Need software to convert mp3 to Wav.!

Hey. I FINALLY got a car stereo installed that will play cd's which are burned from wav. files. Problem is, I don't know how to convert mp3's to wav. Supposedly, Winamp does this, but I haven't been able to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
