The 18 minute version is on the double-pack promo which came out in
1993 on Arista. Might be on the re-release on, erm, was it Ahead of
Our Time? - a couple years back, too. Probably made it to a comp or
two.
The Coldcut version of Autumn Leaves has been out in a staggering
array of configurations on 12. At the least, I've seen five separate
versions. (have had a minor obsession with this track. ;)
