i have the omoamusic sampler one on vinyl. on it is: dapp "first off,"
marc alphonese "contentment in himidity" and ayro "let this"
im not sure if the version on here is the same as the cd version or even the
same as ig played--i'll have to check on that.
but i'll see if i can be helpful here, um i think you're talking about the
second time that they sing the vocal verse twice. yes that part of my
version does go into some more complex beats and the little grouping of
notes that is featured on their website www.omoamusic.com(the best way i can
describe it right now). but i personally would not call it very textured, in
fact when i first go this i always thought there should be more loud banging
beats and more percussion or something. actually a remix would be
interesting, i wonder if there's one out there. but it's still good.
this sampler was very cheap though if you're interested in getting it and on
side 1 is that dapp track which is nice.
    hope that helps for now.
