Sure!Rubin Steiner is from my town,Tours,France. He's young (i think in his
late 20's).He began to work with only ONE comp at home, with the tones of
vinyls he had,and is still influenced by many styles. He also did some cool
mix for a hip hop breakdance group from here, called Street Contact (the
group doesn't Xists anymore) and the music for the show has been used for
the hip hop breakdance festival in Paris in 99'.His creations are really
funny, and ironic (for that mix in Paris he used samples from TV shows such
as melrose place, etc). He had great critics from magazines such as "les
inrockuptibles",and i think he JUST (or is going to) release another cd
after this "lo fi nu jazz".
He also work (i think,i'm not sure) with the CCC,a center of contemporary
    creation.
His song "strings" and lo fi#5 are incredible imo.
    Xcuse my bad english!
    PeaceNbWild.
    Sijeka.
