Jazzers,

I need to hear from anybody who has any of the following releases:

Eddie Henderson - Anthology
James Mason - Rhythm of Life
Charles Earland - Anthology
Peven Everett - Back Home

Are they worth the scratch? I think I have a good idea what to expect from the Henderson, but the others are unknown quantities.

I only know "Free" and "Sweet Power Your Embrace" from Mason -- what about the rest of the album? As far as Earland, I am a fan of the few late 70s cuts I have of his, but am pretty clueless about his other work. I know Everett from his work with Roy Davis Jr but haven't heard him solo.

Any recommendations are appreciated.
