I actually like his forays into IDM as much as I like his Spiritual Vibes and Child's View Work.

He has been doing some stuff lately that incorporates electro influences into his music that is interesting.

Check out his remix of Matthew Hervert's "Suddenly" on K7 if you get the opportunity.

Here's a link to his set on dublab from a couple years back...

Subject: Little Tempo! & Spiritual Vibes?

Does anybody here like or knows a lot about Little Tempo? I've heard some
of their stuff and some of it is really cheesy and some of it has this
really interesting hybrid of caribbean and dub influences. Apparantly two
of the former members of Silent Poets went on to form Little Tempo.

    AND

What exactly happened to Spiritual Vibes and more importantly Nobekazu
Takemura? His newer ambient mood music is interesting but honestly it isn't
as sublime and emotional as his earlier works on Bellissima Japan. I
unfortunately only ever found the first Spiritual Vibes album but I've heard
the rest and it is so ahead of it's time musically, especially on Nobekazu
Takemura's "Child's View" album (which I don't have either but have heard).
Listen to "Hazy Moon" and you'll wonder what happened too!
