mmm.funny you say this, i must say that a lof of times i am surprised that a
certain producers is a white-coloured person...especially when i hear some
of the smooth afrofunk stuff etc. that's produced.....i must say that one of
the main things i love about house/garage/nujazz/drum 'n bass/whatever funky
quality music is the integration and mixing of all kinds of racial
influences.....white guys/gals producing amazing afrofunk, coloured people
producing amazing kraftwerk influenced electro/techno, brasilians producing
UK born drum 'n bass, germans producing brasilian oriented house music.....i
    love it! :)

some "funny"? stories: Rae and Christian did a session once with bobby
womack...when they showed up at his door he was amazed that these 2 white uk
guys where actually producing this soulfull music he heard from them, he
really thought they where black guys...

in an interview A Guy called Gerald, who now lives in the states, told that
a lot of times when he spoke to black people in the states they couldn't
believe that there were also black people living in the UK....the world was
either divided in african people or afro-americans...
