    SYNTHESIS presents Alabama's #1 Afrobohemian Groove:

    URBAN GROOVZ - a live music and poetry experience held on the Second Sunday
    of each month. Different Jazz/Funk/Soul bands and thought-provoking poets
    featured each month; plus Open Mic Poetry, DJ Berraco spinning global sounds
    from the past, present and future, and plenty of door prize giveaways.
    Hosted by The Seventh Sun (author of "Full Mental Jacket") at Xindigo Blue
    Restaurant & Bar, 427 South 20th Street (above Ona's Music Room) in Downtown
    Birmingham. Doors open at 5:00 PM, show starts @ 6:30 PM. Admission is $7
    til 7:00 PM & $10 afterwards.
