Dear SIR
Following the order of the Federal high court to
defreeze the assets and account of my late husband
which on request I will forward to you a news paper
publication on the decision.
It is with heart-full of hope that I write to seek
your help in the context below. I am Mrs. M. Afsatu
Abacha, the wife of the former head of the state, Late
General Sani Abacha, who’s sudden death occurred on
the 8th of June 1998. Having gotten your particulars
from the foreign office of the National
Association-Chamber of Commerce, I have no doubt your

your custody (for safety) the sum of US$45 million
willed and deposited in my favour by my late husband.

investigation panel have submitted their report,
presently, some cash and assets have been frozen and
seized.
Fortunately, our family lawyer has secretly protected
the personal will of my husband from the notice of the
probe panel and has strictly advised that the willed
money be urgently moved into overseas account of a
trust worthy personality without delay, for security
reasons.
The government had earlier placed foreign travel
embargo on all our family members and seized all known
local and international out fits of our business
empire. The situation has been so terrible that we are
virtually living on the assistance of well wishes,
right now the first son (Mohammed) of the family is
being detained. In view of the plight therefore, I
expect you to be trustworthy and
ow enough to
respond to this call to save me and my children.
I hereby, agree to compensate your sincere effort in
this regard with 30% of the fund when finally received
in your local bank account. The attorney has perfected
all arrangement with has bankers to effect complete
dislodgment of this within a week of the receipt of
your response through e-mail.

transfer.
