I like to use an empty mist sprayer and fill it with 60 parts of water and
40 parts of rubbing alcohol.
if the vinyl is really dirty it'll get the soapy water treatment followed by
the water/alcohol mix.
I stay away from abrasive solutions and store bought chemicals that may have
acidic type of ingredients.
