ABSTRACT SCIENCE is a Chicago radio program broadcasting every
Thursday night from 10pm-2am (CST) on WLUW-Chicago 88.7FM. Hosts
LSE (Luke Stokes) and Chris Widman select a wide spectrum of future
music: from electro space bossa and breakbeat fusions, to the deepest
reaches of drum & bass, dubwise ambient and psychedelic jazz.

Chris Widman and Henry Self brought their innovative sound to the
airwaves in 1997, founding "Abstract Science" on KCOU-Columbia. In
2000, Chris teamed up with LSE, bringing the show to Chicago's WLUW.
With an eclectic yet focused vision, Abstract Science combines live
DJ mixes with traditional radio programming and artist interviews.
Every Monday night, the radio show takes over Chicago's legendary
Smartbar for "Abstract Sessions", a diverse showcase of
unconventional DJs and electronic live peformance acts. Chicago's UR
Magazine recently voted Abstract Sessions the "best night for music"
    at the Smartbar
