    As long as you make less than 1000 copies and are not making a profit
    on it. you can press it and not get sued. getting distro from it might take
    a few connections.

    my suggestion, if you don't have anyone to help pay for it,
    is to take a snippet CD and go down to your local dance music record
    store and see if someone will bank roll it for you. that way the store, if
    it's hot and they're interested in pressing it, can sell it and maybe sell
    it to other stores and then they break even on it.
