I'd like to second the Hollow Records recommendation. Specially Quant's
Funkster EP is very nice.
His older stuff on .dot records is pretty good too, but this label doesn't
exist anymore, so you might have a hard time finding those.
Also the Finnish Sähkö sublabel "PUU" has some fine releases with a jazzy
touch,
check: Freestyle Man, Jimi Tenor, Nicolle Willis, ...
