This is really interesting. Around here (Chicago) Acid Jazz is just not
really there (on the air) with the exception of this one college radio
station. Well, I'm not really aware of it on the air, in any case. There
are several bands around here that are doing it, though. Liquid Soul is
quite good. Man I would love to get some gigs with bands like that. Alas,
Liquid Sould is lead by a trumpeter, so I'm out on that one.
Am I correct in assuming that acid jazz is bigger overseas?
