    A final reminder about Tuesday's show....

    *Introducing the heavy jazz funk sounds of Modern Groove Assembly*
      live jazz breaks, hip hop, deep house, nu soul

    March 18, Bounce Rock And Skate (Boardner's) w. Vibe #5

    According to the LA Times, Bounce Rock Skate is THE place to be for neo-soul
    and hip hop on Tuesday nites. The online entertainment guide LA 2 Nite says;

    Bounce, Rock, Skate is held every Tuesday at Boardners in Hollywood @ 1652
    Cherokee. Recently remodeled Boardners is a gorgeous space with high
    ceilings.. Located near the banging Cahuenga strip, this once ancient
    Hollywood dive comes alive every Tuesday specializing in 'Damn when was the
    last time I heard that sh#$?' You remember the names ... Teena Marie, Stevie
    Wonder, El Debarge, Big Daddy Kane, Chubb Rock, De La, Ohio Players, Evelyn
    Champagne King, Prince, Michael Jackson, Hall and Oates, Midnight Star,
    Deniece Williams, and Rick James to name a few.
    DJ Dusk spins and cuts, spins and cuts giving a steady diet of hip-hop and
    choice 80's classics. Droppin' an early jam by Janet Jackson, he briefly
    gets on the mic rabble rousing, "y'all know the words to this one!"

    Dusk is joined by Wyatt Case, LosLito & DJ Rain.. Rain is out in the patio
    bringing some serious Chicago house....

    $5, music from 10 pm......
