I've been using a tascam xs-8 for a while now which is made for tascam
by Ecler (it's basically an exact copy of the hak 320). Ecler's flagship
model is (for 2-channel turntablist mixers, anyways) is the Hak 360 and
it comes with one of those everlasting magnetic/optical x-faders, like
stanton's focus fader or vestax's samurai line. Anyways, I've found my
mixer to be a joy to use, great faders, adjustable curves, nice eq, and
loud headphone amp. In terms of sound quality, i'd say it's somwhere
between a vestax 07 and rane ttm-56, and very well put together. A lot
of 'tablists are switching over to ecler mixers, or so i hear (look in
URB 103 with felix da housecat on the cover, in the write up on the LA
event brasilintime, the dj - a beat junkie, if i recall - is using an
    ecler mixer)
