I think history shows that people who fight new
technology and progress, will fail. It's sad to read
everyday about the record companies and their pathetic
struggle against MP3 and teenagers across the globe.

Instead they should put the money they spend on
lawyers and PR-people, on research and creative people
who can develop their products and take advantage of
the new technology. I don't have the solution to their
problem. Remember - it's THEIR problem. And it's
ironic that the most downloaded artist are the same
shitty artists that the record companies spend
billions of dollars promoting. The quality music will
always survive. Today's development could actually be
GOOD to the music industry in the long run. Maybe
we'll see the breakdown of the large-almost-monopoly
record companies and their designed plastic artists.
And the rise (return?) of smaller more dedicated
labels with great ideas and great quality music?
