    A big week of parties kicks off this Friday night at Movement with our
    Raw Fusion session with DJ Mad Mats at Roxy Blu(12 Brant St). If you’ve
    been listening to Higher Ground or been to Movement over the last few
    years you’ve definitely heard lots of Raw Fusion tunes. Tickets are 10
    dollars in advance and available at all the regular spots. The first 3
    people to email back with “Movement please!” in the subject line will
    win some passes. On Saturday night Footprints returns with another night
    of dancefloor jazz, deep funk, and afrocuban business at the Rivoli(332
    Queen St west). Join DJ Stu, General Eclectic and myself for one of the
    hottest nights in the city! The first two people to mail back with
    “Footprints” in the subject line will get themselves and a guest in
    free! Finally on Wednesday June 30th, Movement and Phat Black Pussycat
    team up for a Canada Day celebration featuring Jazzanova and Rainer
    Truby. Joining them will be Peter and Tyrone, Dirty Dale Arsenault, Nick
    Holder and the Movement Collective of course. Tickets are 15 dollars in
    advance and available at the regular spots. Until next week, keep your
