    NEWS
The international edition of the last two broadcasts, Urban Landscapes
Radioshows 8.3 (05-01-28) and 8.4 (05-02-04) are now available online
for listening. Check the links and the playlists below. Also check my
new February Soundscapes chart below, as well.
VELANCHE'S RADIO MIX ON DEPARTMENT DELUXE
The new edition of Jan Siegmund's Department Deluxe Radio program is
now online. The second hour features a mix set that I've done for the
show. Visit the site to listen at http://radio.department-deluxe.org.
Many thanks to Jan for the invitation. I will announce more radio mixes
in the near future, as I have some pending invites to fulfill.
DANCE CHURCH THIS SUNDAY (local event)
It's cool to dance like no one is watching, and so the local event
known as Dance Church thrives on that philosophy. Since its first event
at the Yoga Centre in San Luis Obispo over a year ago, Philip and
company have been doing the business of hosting various live acts and
    DJs in a candle-lit environment.
This Sunday will mark my fourth appearance at Dance Church since last
November. Each time I've spun there, the numbers seem to grow larger.
It's very much free-form dancing, and some of the moves I've seen are
just amazing to watch. So put on your workout clothes, your leotards,
or whatever tickles your fancy (no need to dress up for the occasion)
    and join us!
Dance Church is every Sunday evening from 7-9pm. The cost is only $5,
and you'll have a great time there. And don't worry, it's not a
religious church per-se; just more of a spiritual attitude of letting
go of the tensions during the week in the best way possible...by
dancing. By the way, you might want to get there early because space
    can fill up rather quickly.
Time to move on, but enjoy the music and your weekend!
