	food in a casual, 
	relaxed atmosphere. Jazz/Acid jazz played all day. Free.
	
	Upstairs Open 9.00pm to 2.00am Fridays and Saturdays. 
	3 pounds to get in.
	
	Wednesday night downstairs sees OJ the DJ spinning 
	the wax of Acid Jazz 
	old and new, soundtracks and rare groove. This guy is 
	an agent for Acid Jazz Records, so he has it all! Free entrance.
	
	  
	Saturday is the main night upstairs with DJs Paul Toller and Toby 
	Davies, with acid jazz, rare groove, lounge and 
	anything else that is funky! Great atmosphere.  
	
	  
	Browns also have live bands on (Usually Wednesdays) 
	and some big Acid Jazz acts have played there last year, like 
	MOTHER EARTH, CORDUROY, HEAVY SHIFT, EMPORERS NEW CLOTHES 
	aswell as local talent from the midlands.

	This is the oldest pub in the city, and is rapidly becoming the most 
	funkiest. Standard bar downstairs but upstairs on Friday and Saturday 
	night sees "Traxploitation", with 
	rare groove, Acid Jazz, Soundtracks and 
	Lounge being played. Great atmosphere, brilliant music. 
	Before 10 entrance is free, after it is £2 or £1 with NUS cards. Open 
	untill 1.am.
