Yes, I think ska is hard not to like. Full of heavy r&b and jazz
influence, very groove oriented in its own right. Just make sure you peep
the old stuff and don't get conned by the British "re-make renaissance"
of the late 70s and 80s. Good starter: Skatellites. Bad starter: Madness.
