I personally would like to see anyone who subscribes to this list, and
wants to contribute, be able to - regardless of style (within reason, of
course - Michael Bolton need not apply). It would be a shame to be left
out of the project either because someone else doesn't think your music
constitutes Acid Jazz, or 'cause there were already to many other
contributors of a similar style.

Which brings back the problem of space. With 70-something minutes
available to fill, and possibly more than that in contributions, maybe
another answer could be to (AAAARRGGGGHH! What am I saying??) limit the
length of each contribution - depending on how many we get.

But, we're ahead of ourselves again. As Jay suggested - step 1 would be
nominating a commitee responsible for different aspects of the project.
So, how about someone compiling a list of everyone who wants to join in,
either as artists of writing liner notes or doin artwork or whatever.
Now, this will sound like a cop-out,, but, I'd volunteer, but my
computer is *very* unreliable at the moment. Should be right by next
week.

As far as the Web site for details. I'm quite happy with Herb's offer of
a site on makeme.com
