Hello All,
I have been quiet but I dont think dividing up this beautiful genre of
music into another category is the idea. "downtempo" music is just as
danceable as any other form of music, but the kicker is you have to be able
to dance first! And secondly, some Americans are making good music that is
comparable to massive attack and portishead, but you have to listen for it!
King Britt was mentioned as well as the Theivery Corp. and all though they
are not American how come nobody has brought out one of the best of all
times- Bristol's own Attica Blues? Just my two cents..
peace
Ralph
