We've got a couple pretty cool guests dropping in to the studio tomorrow that I thought you might be interested in checking out...

Wednesday, 1/10 noon-2pm PST: Dougee Dimensional of the Gentle People (Rephlex)

-A game show fanatic and super hep pop star to boot. Dougee is an ultra suave member of london's space ray zappin' lounge heads the Gentle People. The Gentle People have recorded two albums for Aphex Twin's Rephlex label, "Soundtracks for Living" and "Simply Faboo."

Wednesday, 1/10 2-4pm PST: Phil Asher (Restless Soul/Urazia)

With all of the West London breaks scene talk that has been going on with this mailing list recently, this is quite a happy coincidence. Here's a brief intro to Phil off of the djindex: Phil is a founder member of the Restless Soul Production Team, which incorporates producers Modaji, (Laws of Motion Records) Taxi Driver, (Stereo Records) and Luke McCarthy (Restless Soul), as well as setting up his own label Urazia. Phil has released over 75 of his own productions, as well as innumerable remixes. He co-hosts the R-Solution radio show with 4-Hero and Kirk DeGiorgio on London's Kiss FM.

    And on Friday...

Friday, 1/12 noon-1pm PST: Soulstice (Om)

San Francisco's finest, Soulstice, drop by dublab in support of their forthcoming debut album "Illusion" on OM records. Expect a nice freestyle approach combining elements of blues, jazz, hip-hop and house.

    peace,

    -Derek
