    I think you're right, but Olaf's point brings up an interesting quesiton, and
    I'll bet someone here knows. Since this is now a question of US law, who,
    exactly, does it apply to? Stations whose CEO is an American citizen? Stations
    whose administrative contact is based in the US? Stations whose servers are
    hosted in the US? Is there a way to just take the stations offshore? Of
    course, at that point, then t-bird's take on it becomes that much more likely.
